Working closely with our client, we managed the rapid implementation of new business intelligence tools that were both flexible and user-friendly.
The result was the reduction in duration of the key financial reporting processes from 20 days to 10 days. The system also provided a customisable reporting tool that was implemented right across the organisation.
The project rolled out to 100 users in ten European countries and took three months to complete at a total cost of £200k.
The provision of additional benefits meant that the investment paid for itself in less than six months.
