John Thompson

After studying Business and Computer Information Systems in California, John has been involved in a broad spectrum of business management and development. He spent his formative years in the 80's developing his first company in the IT services industry in California.
John moved to Switzerland in 1990 and continued managing projects in IT services from within EDS in Europe. Leading teams across many of the different cultures in Europe.
John continues doing projects which make use of his unique combination of business, IT, and people coaching skills.
More recently John has focused on the management coaching issues involved in creating high-performance teams. As well as being an engaged father to his two pre-teen daughters.
John is an out-of-the-box thinker and leader who continues being invited back to coach future leaders by companies such as Novartis, UBS, and Credit Suisse.
